The food is a great price and its amazing. They offer a lunch buffet and if your ever around their food cart, i highly recomend it.
Great place to go with great food.
Spent three hours there visiting with my daughter and her mother. First time there for me. Bottom line I was impressed at how bright and charming the restaurant was. We had the lunch buffet. It wasn't huge, but had just the right amount of offerings. Loved the food, especially found the banana tapioca pleasing. You can't go away hungry. Price was less than 10 dollars a person. They seem to be very popular from the amount of customers.
Best place to eat in Peoria, hands down. You only pay about $10 per dinner but you get enough food for 6 people. Always worth a stop!
The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The service is friendly. The servings are HUGE and delicious. For under $30, we fed four and had leftovers that lasted another two days. 10/10, would recommend to anyone and everyone who enjoys scrumptious Asian cuisine.
Good service. Food is ok. Portions are huge. Very nice staff. Pho is not super flavorful, seems to be lacking in fish sauce. I wish their bun bo hue (Saturday soup) came with some red cabbage and a pork hock like most places soups do but it was still quite good. A lot more of the flavor i was expecting.
Food is really delicious and comes in large portion for the low price.
My families very most favorite restaurant in all of Peoria! It is located near two of my top three resturants (Thai Thyme & One World including other great restaurants nearby) and we still will go here like 90% of the time for a nice sit down meal. Wonderful Vietnamese/Asian food, good prices, large portions, always great sevice and consistently great quality. It has always been a fantastic place to eat, but improved even more so when they renovated and enlarged their restaurant.
Great Vietnamese buffet. Wait staff very friendly. Food very good. We tried the buffet.
Over all food was great but the pho was only alright.. service wasnt that great....
Great high-quality food. Great employees. Affordable price. Good place for a big group, too
Always have awesome food and service when I visit. Love there thick rice noodles and you can’t go wrong with crab rangoon! Portions are huge so you might want to go halfies with someone.
Incredible! Huge portions for a great price, a wide variety of dishes, and fantastic flavor! Highly recommend.
The Saturday soup with rice noodles (you have to ask to have them substituted) is worth the trip alone. But I also like to split an order of egg rolls and crab rangoon with my sweetie.
Wonderful food, very friendly people.
Their quality of food is amazing!!! Literally authentic Vietnamese food. I always take friends here and I’ve never heard a negative word. Even their portions are extremely generous! One of the reasons I’ll miss living in Peoria. Wish they had spots like Thanh Linh in FL. Try the Spicy Lemongrass chicken or the Pad Thai. Lo Mein is also top notch.
Great food unfortunately all 4 times we have been there the service is painfully slow. Slow to greet and even slower to bring boxes or a check. They never come back to check on you. I wish they would fix this because like I said the food is fantastic!
Excellent food. During Covid season the line for carry out is usually packed. Buffet is unavailable until things return to normal. Dine in is open.
Love this place. Delicious!
The portions are huge at a reasonable price and SO good!
This was my first time trying Vietnamese food. It won't be the last! The food here was fantastic! I really loved the beef and meatball soup (Pho). It had a very unique taste, and I couldn't get enough of it. The portions are huge and meant to be shared with the table. If you leave hungry, it's your own fault.
Really amazing Vietnamese food and awesome ambience. Lemon grass rice is the best.
Around 10 years I've been coming to Thanh Linh, and I've nearly always gotten the Spicy Lemongrass Catfish. I'm absolutely hooked on it, especially with the spicy chili sauce. I'm so predictable that the staff often recognizes me as "The Spicy Catfish guy." Yes, I love this place, and love that dish. I'm also told the egg rolls are to die for!
I can't give this place enough praise probably the best authentic Asian food you can find in the local area little known fact they do a buffet aswell call to figure out the scheduling on that I believe they also may have that posted as well. the staff is great wonderful people.
This is by far one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I've tried. Their food is tasty and they sevre you a lot of it. I've had the fried rice, spicy lemongrass chicken and shrimp rolls. The second time I went back I had pho and crab rangoon. Each time I got lots off food which tasted amazing. The prices are good and the service is as well.
This restaurant has an incredibly varied menu and every single thing I've ordered has been delicious and bountiful. It's family owned and they work hard to keep all their customers served very quickly. It's not fancy, but it is always clean and always busy!! They have a buffet certain nights and at lunch during the week. I've never done the buffet but it looks good. I'm too busy watching the different dishes come out of the kitchen and served to neighboring tables. I can't tell you how many times I've asked someone at a neighboring table what it is that they're having.
The food here is awesome! I would give them 5 starts on the food, however they do overcharge your debit card for orders! When i brought this to their attention i was accused of falsifiying my bank statements. i visit this place 6 times in 6 weeks a weekend treat after long weeks of work twice now i have been charged $8 more than the total when i recieve my text alert from my bank account. I would recommend paying with cash if you do visit here. because they are certainly taking advantage of card users. You cannot over charge people! eventually people will notice and stop using your establishment. so check your accounts after visiting them!
Amazing food! Portions are big enough for leftovers
This was a surprise for me. Don't judge it by the outside. We got very good Thai food in a clean restaurant. My son got to take the leftovers back to his room for a quick meal for later. I had the enormous bowl of wonton soup. It must of had 12 dumplings in it. Very good.
Service is super friendly! Buffet is hot and fresh! Super flavorful food for the inexperienced! Dirty dishes never stay on the table. I love eating here.
We had beef noodle soup and thin rice noodles with vegetables and chicken. The sauce on the noodles was SO good, and the portions were very big! Our kid loved the noodles too. They were super good. The service was also very nice. Also, the raspberry iced tea was really good too. And refreshing because not overly sweet. All the food we had there was super great!
If you're looking for a cheap, delicious, and good portioned meal, but also desire to support local business, then this is the place to go!It's usually pretty quiet when my husband and I go, which is around five or six.We split one entree and that's enough to get us fill and usually bring some home!Their bubble tea is to die for! It's kind of like having a bubble tea slushy and it's reasonably priced for the size you get.So whether you're looking for a quick bite to eat or a cheap place for a date when on a budget, Thanh Linh is my personal recommendation.
Huge portions for great prices. Everything we tried was very flavorful. Lemongrass chicken, Vietnamese curry, and chicken and egg noodles were great. We took home enough leftovers for another meal too.
Tried the lunch buffet. My favorite was the lemongrass chicken and egg rolls. Had to ask twice for thai tea and it wasn't very good. Reasonably priced for a hot lunch. Will try again, maybe for dinner this time.
Nice and clean, safe. Got us seated in no time and fed right away.
AMAZING food. Amazing customer service. Huge portions. Best boba tea in Illinois!
I went for my birthday, wanting to try something new. My friend had raved for years about pho, so I figured I'd give it a try. I thought it would be a small bowl, since it's a soup, so I got that and a seafood noodle dish . (Been a few months, so I dont remember the name) EPICALLY sized portions, I ended up only being able to eat a fourth of it and took the rest home with me. I enjoyed their taro bubble tea as well, I never knew of a restaurant that served it! And their thanh linh iced tea is amazing.Friendly service, calm and soothing atmosphere. I will definitely be back and I've already recommended them to some friends
This was my first exposure to Vietnamese cuisine and, I should kick myself for waiting this long. Ordered I think it was Pork and pork skin on rice with a relish, something like that. I can't tell you exactly what it is but I can say this. It was beyond amazing. Seriously if you are on the fence about eating here, or ordering from here. Get off the fence, and get to Thanh Linh like NOW! I can not wait to try ever dish they have.
This is one of the gems of Peoria. The food is always very fresh, it's authentic Vietnamese and Thai (it's refreshing that it's different than your average Americanized Chinese food), they give you huge portions (that make excellent leftovers!) and the service is always excellent. Highly recommended place.
Amazing Food, Service, and at a Decent Price! Best Thai in Peoria! You won't go home hungry (:
The food was great with a decent ambiance. The buffet had lot of varieties to choose from and the taste was authentic. Its a little bit crowded during lunch time and it gets difficult to find a parking spot.
I really enjoyed my experience here. Pad Thai was good. I have had the vermicelli Bowls and think they're great. My boyfriend agrees that they're the best in town. I enjoyed the Boba too! More than I expected! We will be back.
Great place to get your vietnamese food fix.
Delicious vietnamese in a great neighborhood. I ordered the hot and sour soup with coconut milk. It was a very large portion and I had plenty for lunch the next day. I also ordered the fresh spring rolls, which were delicious. I took my leftovers and a pineapple bubble tea to go. I will definitely be returning!
I love this place. Friendly staff and wonderful food that is out very quickly. It is my favorite place in Peoria
Very nice little Vietnamese joint for comfort food. Ordered the Lemongrass chicken and it was delish! Portion sizes are huuuuuuge!!!
We go as often as possible. Excellent lunch buffet. I've never had anything of the menu that wasn't huge portions and exploding with flavor. The staff are both personable and attentive. Love this place!
Excellent Pho. Tasty food. Huge portions. Reasonable pricing. The best in Peoria.
Huge servings but that's normal in this country of XXL food portions. Food served is fine but not unusual for us used to southeast asian cuisines. Food from SEA are among the tastiest in the world because of the positive interplay of many cultures but that's just my humble opinion. No complaints about this humble restaurant. Filipino lady serving us was friendly n helpful.
One of my favorite restaurants in town. Have always enjoyed every meal here. My favorites are the green curry and the hot sour soup but there are much more that they offer.
Lunch buffet so good and cheap. Pad Thai and Spicy Lemon Grass Chicken are our go to things.
